Just solve my problems; don't make me do anything

I don't want a SaaS, I want a solution

I don’t want to fill a form. I don’t want to learn how to dismiss your onboarding use your app. I don’t want to create a new entity. I don’t want to edit my profile. I don’t want to setup permissions. I don’t want to navigate to a different page, to then navigate to a different tab. I don’t want to configure notifications. I don’t want to use the app at all.

Don’t make me do anything. Just solve my problem.

Ask me the very minimum of what you could possibly need. Make it ridiculously easy to give it to you and then don’t bother me. Solve my problem and make it disappear forever.

If there is something I should know, tell me. Otherwise don’t bother me.

Make it so I can just tell you what I want. Don’t make think about how to ask. Don’t make me find an email, or go through a funnel to tell you what I want.

Give me a text box, let me talk/type what I want and then magically make that happen. But only if my ask is not standard. Because, remember, I didn’t want to do this at all. I just wanted my problem to be solved.

Don’t make me guess. Don’t make assumptions that I know what you know. I don’t know anything. I just want my problem solved with the minimal effort on my part so I can spend more time playing video games delivering shareholder value.
